Lisa Bouchard is the president and owner of Data Dome Inc. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst with over 20 years of experience applying development tools and strategies to organizations. Lisa’s unique ability to relate at all levels of the organization has made her a change agent for clients in the consumer goods, banking, health care, restaurant franchise, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. Prior experience in sales management gives her a focus on real-world results uncommon in the training arena. Lisa is also a founding board member of Journeys of Solutions, a nonprofit providing infrastructure improvements, health care and educational needs in third world countries.

Lisa will share a methodology for designing, delivering, and reinforcing top-notch programs. She will review a number of interactive and insightful exercises that get to the core of issues, quickly change perception, and truly make a difference for clients. In addition to powerful exercises, you will also receive other useful tools to increase the effectiveness of your programs. Some examples of the tools you will receive include: client intake forms, group graphs, DISC name tents, agendas, DISC communication cards, evaluations.
