Adam Wong serves as vice president of TTI Success Insights North America. As vice president, Wong is responsible for sales, training, customer service and technical support and new products. He also spearheads efforts to further improve TTI SI’s systems, with a focus on user-ease. Prior to this role, Wong worked as director of network development for more than two years, where he was responsible for interacting with TTI SI’s network members. Under his direction, Wong’s team provided customer service and implemented system, product and training enhancements. In addition to leading product and service training for hundreds of network members, Wong also directed efforts to revamp products and trainings.
