As a TTI VAA, you need to answer the following question, “Do you want to run a business or be the business?” Why? Because that will determine whether you will have to just close down the business when you are ready to retire or whether you will be able to sell the business and leave a legacy. If you develop internal advocates, especially ones that are younger than you, you can teach them how to use the assessments and do the training.
