Will is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of The Brooks Group and has been instrumental in the successful transition of the company from a founder-driven lifestyle business to a globally recognized, second-generation privately held business.
He has personally consulted with and trained over 100 companies across a wide variety of industries such as consumer goods, heavy-duty equipment, and professional services. Drawing from over 15 years of experience in the training and development industry, Will combines his deep institutional knowledge and client experience to optimize operations at The Brooks Group.
