Steve Morris is a partner in ChoiceWorks Inc., a management consultancy with a focus on helping people work more effectively together by creating accountability for results. Over the last 18 years, he has analyzed in writing the TTI SI assessments of over 5000 people, primarily using TriMetrix HD, and has individually debriefed more than 3,000 of those people. Steve has 40+ years of business management experience leading in the private equity field and in a series of entrepreneurial ventures in industries as diverse as television production, basement waterproofing, oil distribution, clothing manufacturing, air conditioning service, packaging design and professional corporate photography. He is the co-author, with his wife and business partner Jill Morris, of Leadership Simple: Leading People to Lead Themselves.
