Favor Larson is the senior business services consultant at TTI Success Insights. Favor is instrumental in TTI SI product development and is also a skilled and engaging trainer and educator. Her debriefing expertise is underscored in the many yearly dyad, triad and group debriefings she performs on behalf of TTI SI’s Strategic Business Services department. Whether she is conducting job benchmarking sessions or leading client distributor trainings, Favor enjoys building relationships and facilitating the improvement of team performance through direct interaction with leaders of all levels.
